Your evening will begin with a cocktail hour, where you’ll enjoy sweeping river views as you sip sparkling hard apple cider from Peconic Bay and tuck into hors d’oeuvres like Montauk pearl oysters with green apple mignonette and BBQ North Fork pulled-pork tacos.
